Testimony of Alan Boyce CEO, Absalon Project before the House Financial Services Committee

Mr. Chairman, Ranking Member Representative Bachus, and other Members of this Committee, I very much appreciate the chance to testify today on the issue of covered bonds.  Covered bonds are an important and useful financial tool, and the Committee is right to be considering how best to ensure that investors and borrowers have access to the benefits of this approach.
