Absalon Project speaks at “3rd Arab Real Estate & Urban Development Conference” in Dubai March 16-17, 2011

The focus of the conference were to highlight the efforts that are done from RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) to develop the infrastructure to support legal rights and procedures for foreigners to hold proporty in the region.

Dubai International Finance Center (DIFC) organized a half day session regarding more flexible access to mortgage financing where the results of the Initial Feasibility Study that has been undertaken by Absalon Project and DIFC were presented. Also the introduction of Mortgage Insurance were presented.
